December Daily - Day 10

Another busy and fun filled Saturday is in the books.....

1.  Went as a family this morning and saw Arthur Christmas.  Very cute movie.  Everyone behaved themselves and only one child had to go to the bathroom.

2.  Zach had his 2nd basketball game this afternoon.  The boys played well but their opponents were a little tougher than last week.  Still managed to win though, 24 -19.

3.  We made a mad dash home after the game so Andrew and I could change, get the kids settled, and make it do our firm Christmas Party in Boulder City.  Party started at 5.  We left our house at 4:40.  Got to the bowling alley at 5:30 on the dot.  We might as well have gone to Mesquite for the party, it's almost the same amount of time.  Party was a lot of fun though.  We bowled, ate pizza, and dessert was mini bundtlets from Nothing Bundt Cakes.  (YUM!!  How did they know I was craving one of those just yesterday.  I had the Red Velvet and that alone was worth the 50 minute drive.)

We scored with the gift exchange too.  Andrew got a Justin Bieber singing toothbrush!!  Awesome.  We knew Taylor would love that.  When it was my turn, I carefully looked over the presents and picked one.  I opened it up and it was........another Justin Bieber singing toothbrush!!!  What are the odds?  I mean one is awesome, but two??  Luckily someone stole it from me, so I had to pick again.  The second present was much better - I got Yahtzee.  

4.  When we are away from home and Taylor is babysitting, it's very common place to receive several texts from her telling us that the boys are fighting, or they won't calm down, etc.  Tonight was no exception.  When we got home, Mason handed me a stack of index cards.  I guess he thought it would be a good idea to write down a report of what happened while we were gone tonight.  This is what they said:
