Seriously.........

.....is there anything sweeter than this picture? The quality isn't the greatest because I took it with my cell phone, but I'm so glad I captured this moment last night. The story: I was getting our dinner on the table and poor Tanner was hanging onto my legs crying for attention. I picked him up and poor kid was stinky with a bad diaper rash. After a quick diaper change I could tell he was exhausted and ready for bed. By then Taylor was done with her dinner and took it upon herself to make Tanner feel better. First he was laying on the floor and she was singing to him quietly. I got distracted with cleaning up dinner and next thing I know I look over and saw this tender scene.
Taylor can be a drama queen sometimes, but she's always been a big help with the baby and little Tino loves his big sister. They may be eight years apart, but I really think these two are kindred spirits. Even though Taylor prayed as hard as she could for a baby sister, she has doted on Tanner since he was born. She makes him bottles and takes him for walks in his stroller. She's always getting him out of his crib in the morning to play and wanting to hold him. Hard to believe she will be turning 9 on Sunday and in three short weeks he will be one year old!!
