Drove up to my parents today in Utah. Kids were bickering and fighting over seats before we even left the house so we were off to a great start.
Trip was pretty smooth. Mason asked "how many minutes until we get there?" about a dozen times. Andrew got pulled over in Washington while we were stopped for lunch - luckily he got off with a warning.
Made it "Grandpa house Watts" (what Tanner calls my parent's house) and kids were happy to see their cousins (my sister and her fam are currently living with my parents.) We exchanged belated Christmas gifts with everyone and I got a new Kitchenaid!! I'm so excited. My current one is a hand me down that's over 15 years old.
The day ended on a sour note. Mason was at the top of the stairs holding his new iPod touch in his hand. He accidentally dropped it and it tumbled all the way down to the tile floor and shattered the glass screen. He had it only two days. And of course the protection plan doesn't cover accidents. Oh boy.....

Ugh, about the ipod touch:(
I hear the screens are REAL easy to fix for the iphone so I can't imagine they are that different for the ipod touch. Talk to the Troxell's because they have fixed a couple.
