HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZACHARY!!!

HAPPY 7th BIRTHDAY TO ZACHARY!!!


I tried and tried to have Zach on Andrew's birthday but it didn't work. He was born at St. Rose Siena Hospital in Henderson and the first of our family born in Nevada. He still manages to share a birthday with someone else though - his cousin Harrison who turns 13 today!!!

I look at these pictures and I'm shocked at how big Zackie is now - crazy to think that his next birthday he'll be getting baptized!!

Zachary is a very brave little guy and brings so much laughter in our lives. There are countless family stories about Zachary and the character that he is. Some of the things he says crack us up. A few examples:

Zach loves pork chops, but when he was younger he pronounced them "chork pops"

Once right before eating a hot dog Zachary paused and said, "Well hot dog, welcome to Zachary!!"

Zach overheard a conversation I was having about a pregnant woman who's water broke to which Zachary asked, "do they have a waterfall?"

And this picture explains why Zach got the nickname Zach Vader from his cousin Stephen (Just picture Rick Moranis from the movie Spaceballs.)

He's a big fan of pancakes, so we're celebrating today with dinner at IHOP, his favorite restaurant -- followed by ice cream tonight with Grandma and Grandpa.

We love you Zachary and are so blessed to have you in our family!!
