As if I don't have anything else to do, Andrew and I have been asked to speak in church this Sunday. I'm so sleep deprived and busy right now I can barely speak in complete sentences, let alone give a remarkable talk on Christmas! At this point I'd much rather perform a musical number!
How come everytime I walk into the living/dining room there is an ornament on the floor and the hooks have magically disappeared?
I received not one, not two but 4 phone calls from the school nurse today about Zachary's blood sugar. How many snacks and christmas goodies are they gonna fed him today? Thank goodness it 's the last day before Christmas break so he's not missing any serious classroom instruction time.
Is it too late to ask Santa to bring me a weekend getaway for Christmas?
Didn't I just clean this room?

I feel your pain. We spoke in Church last Sunday. Everyone else felt sorry that a mom with a new baby had to speak in Church, but it is the Priesthood that asks you to speak and do they really understand? Don't answer. Although, we didn't have to speak on the Sunday before Christmas, that is a little bit more pressure. Good Luck. I hope you have a great christmas!!

I have had so many of those same thoughts! I am SO sorry that you have to speak this Sunday. That really does stink. I actually have to do a musical number this Sunday and as much as I would hate talking WAY more, I am totally stressed out by it and I can't wait until it is over! How do you get eight women's busy schedules together in the month of December to practice? Basically we have practiced once! So sad but I don't care anymore. Good luck with your talk and I am SURE that you will do great!
We are speaking in church this sunday also! I have to speak on faith hope and charity- I don't have any charity- what are they thinking?! Just kidding! Good luck- at least I was given some kind of direction for my talk- when it's a general topic it makes it so much harder.

You are so funny. You might want to check someones poop for those hooks. Foreign objects in tummies seems to be going around. I hear you got out of speaking in church. I bet you would rather have spoken in church huh?
